✏️ Changes here update the master question bank in the database. The app keeps using the
last published files — after adding or editing questions, press
“Publish bank” so the updated files go live for all users.
Add a subject
A new subject appears in the app after the bank is published.
Upload a PDF note
Notes appear in the app’s Study Notes section, grouped by subject.
Send an in-app notification
Shown inside the app’s notifications screen for every user.
Force update (minimum app version)
Control the oldest app version that is still allowed to run.
⚠️ What this does: any user whose app version code is lower than this number will see a
full-screen “Update Required” message and cannot use the app until they update from the Play Store.
Their data is safe, but do not raise this until the newer version is actually live on Google Play,
otherwise users will be blocked with no update available to install.
Change PIN
The 6-digit PIN used to sign in to this dashboard. You will use the new PIN from your next sign-in — this session stays signed in.
